Description Morten Johannes Ervik 2003-10-31 12:41:46 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.93)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
Compiler: gcc 3.3 20030326 prerelease
OS: Linux

When trying to start a new mail, from scratch or when replying to someone in my inbox, kmail crashes immediatly.

This is what it spits out to console:
QDict: Cannot insert null item
QDict: Cannot insert null item
QDict: Cannot insert null item
QDict: Cannot insert null item
QDict: Cannot insert null item
kmail: WARNING: Unknown codec "7bit" requested!
kmail: relocation error: /opt/kde3/lib/libkmailprivate.so.0: undefined symbol: _ZN24KDictSpellingHighlighterC1EP9QTextEditbbRK6QColorbS4_S4_S4_S4_

So I guess it might be spellcheckingrelated, but the spellchecker seems ok in programs like kwrite.

the RPMs you installed aren't in sync.
