Description Caleb Tennis 2003-10-16 18:00:29 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc 3.2
OS: Linux

When searching a web page for text, konqueror correctly searches for the text in a "text entry" box.

However, it doesn't scroll the text entry box to show where the match lies. If the text box (like the very one that I'm entering this report into) has more data than will fit on the screen, and is scrollable, konqueror should scroll the box to display the matched text to the user.

This does not only apply to the text in a textbox but also for the the HTML page displayed as a whole. No horizontal scrolling of the whole page is performed to display the match.
