Received through the debian BTS (#187887).

It would be nice to have characters just falling from the upper window, to the one that's located under it, for example if you have many windows, and then a dialog box appears, the characters should fall just from title bar to new dialog, and they could also walk in the lower part of the screen as WinPenguins does.
