Description Rafał Rzepecki 2003-10-08 18:44:42 UTC
Version: nieznana (using KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from: Gentoo
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.3 20030422 (Gentoo Linux 1.4 3.2.3-r2, propolice)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-gentoo-r5

When I open a gzipped postscript file in Konqueror (as at http://www.ii.uni.wroc.pl/~gst/MD/mdysRG.ps.gz) it opens it in Ark kpart. I think this applies to other gzipped mimetypes, too.

What I would like to see is that Konqueror transparently gunzips the file and shows it using KGhostview part or shows it like it does for .tar.gz files. (I think the former is better.)
