Description lparrab 2003-10-03 00:16:45 UTC
Version: 1.2-alpha (using KDE 3.1.0)
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-4GB

when adding an operation, if you click cancel when presented with the operation dialog the only thing that happens is that the operation gets all the defaults, but the operation has already been created and shows in the list view and in the diagrams.

If you click "Cancel" during the creation process the operation should be removed again ( or the operation should be created only after pressing ok )
