Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.4) Installed from: Debian stable Packages OS: Linux I'd like to see an option in noatun to hide the interface when the Close button is pressed, instead of quitting noatun. It should behave in the same way that Kopete and Juk handle a close-button press, by just hiding the main window and keeping the system tray active while the program continues to run. Perhaps this needs to be assigned to Young Hickory?
Add option to allow to minimize to tray when "young hickory" plugin is used, because the systray standard wants any systray app to be minimized when closed with [x]. and also i need this functionality. it feels weired when I close it (noatun) get quit.
Any hope to have this implemented? As former reporters stated, current behaviour is kinda inconsequend compared to kopete or Juk. All apps that offer tray integration shall have the option to get minimised to tray when close gadget is hit
Just quoting cvs log: ---------------- Revision 1.47 date: 2004/06/04 21:50:46; author: metz; state: Exp; lines: +19 -6 Make noatun hide in systray instead of exiting if the last mainwindow is closed (as written in the KDE User Interface Guidelines). Patch by Igor Gilitschenski <igor {AT} gilitschenski.org> thanks a lot for it. ---------------- I think this is a duplicate of a bugreport I cannot find right now :)
