Version:           3.1.90 (using KDE 3.1.9)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.2.3 (Debian)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.6.0-test4

In current CVS, the CSS entry "position: fixed" gives wrong results. It might be that the "top: " entry is ignored.

See attached file for visual repr. of the error.
The file is properly rendered in 3.1.3.
