Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.3) Installed from: Slackware Packages OS: Linux One day I decide to run Noatun, like every other day, nothing special, but it refused to load. Then I started it from a console, and the strange thing is that it does not dump any error message ... it just not loads, it does nothing! Then I upgraded my KDE from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 and the situation is the same! Sorry for not providing more details but I don't know how to get any.
1. check for already running noatun processes 2. remove $HOME/kde/share/config/noatunrc (or rename it temporarily)
Is it possible to make noatun more robust against these kinds of user mistakes or version incompatibility?
I cannot reproduce this without more information. Maybe append your noatunrc (found at ~/.kde/share/config/noatunrc) to this bugreport.
Sorry , this was before some months and I fixed my problem by removing the noatunrc file, so the problem was obviosly in it but today I can't reprodice it also.
So if it works now we have to close it until somebody can reproduce it and send in a "broken" noatunrc.
