I really like the work that has gone into creating kdm and the clean UI that it has, however some of my friends (ex-Windows XP converts) really like the full screen login that XP has. The closest thing to it atm is GDM, and while a very nice DM, GDM doesn't integrate as well to KDE as KDM (big shocker there... :P) Would it be possible to add this as an interface (think making the UI a lib that is called, so drop-in replacement GUI's can be created for the look and feel that others might want) option for KDM? I have a few sketches available that I can translate into graphics for clarifying upon request.
