Description Nicolas Goutte 2003-09-12 17:46:32 UTC
Version: KOffice CVS HEAD 2003-09-11 (using KDE KDE 3.1.3)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc 3.2 -march=pentium2
OS: Linux

KWord's horizontal line is currently broken.

We have two choices:
- try to finish the implementation before KOffice 1.3 RC 1
- delay it to KOffice 1.4

Dear KOffice users, your choice...

Have a nice day!

I will be allright with this feature missing until 1.4.
Just do not let it out of kword alltogether.
Comment 2 Nicolas Goutte 2003-09-19 23:07:48 UTC
As the only comments were about not having horizontal lines in KWord 1.3 and
we have only one person having vote for them, I change the status of this bug
report to a wish.

As Thomas Zander has written, the border on top or at the bottom of a
paragraph can be used a horizontl lines too.

Have a nice day!

Thank you for your bug report.
The bug that your reported no longer applies to the latest development
(SVN) version of KDE. This is most probably because it has been fixed,
the application has been substantially modified or the application no
longer exists. The bug report will be closed.
