Version:           2.2 (using KDE 3.1.9)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3 20030226 (prerelease) (SuSE Linux)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-4GB

On opening a fresh Kate and typing 3 words, I go to "file->open with->konqueror" and without a warning of any kind (or a save dialog) I get an empty konq.
I expected to see my document being saved (as) to a different file and see that document in konq.
Either that; or disable the feature while no document has been saved.

disabled if file not saved
