Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.3) Installed from: SuSE RPMs OS: Linux On the main KDE website in the Inform section there is a link called supporting KDE http://kde.org/support/. Here, it lists many ways to help th KDE project: Donating: [ Linking | Money | Material | Sponsoring ] Contributing: [ Artwork & Icons | Enterprise Reports | Usability Studies ] Participating: [ KDE News | KDE Traffic | Promotion | Bug Hunting | Documentation | Translation ] Coding: [ Patches | Code | Maintainance ] Now the problem is that there is another section on the KDE website called Communicate in which there is a link to a page called Helping Out http://kde.org/helping/. This is essentially a dumbed down version of the Supporting KDE page http://kde.org/support/ listing only these ways to contribute: [ Code | Money | Artwork/Icons | Documentation/Translation | Other/Misc ] which were already included in the Supporting KDE page. Now I believe it is ok to have the same type of information in 2 areas, but why not list all the ways to help KDE in both areas. BTW: CVS - DIGEST was not mentioned in the participating section of http://kde.org/support/
