compile v0.7 from source. 

I can't see any ICQ user online! :(

With kopete < v0.7 it works fine.

same here. 
Stephen Gehn told me: 
"Happens when a contact is not on your serverside contactlist. Unfortunately  
the old plugin did not add all contacts to that list and the new one doesn't  
"export" local-only contacts to the server. I'm trying to resolve exactly  
this right now."

I have the same problem with the exception that a few users is shown as 
online. Also one friend reported that his ICQ client insisted that the 
messages he sent me couldn't be delivered even though I got them. 
 
0.7 is one seriously broken release!
