Version: 1.2.3 (using KDE 3.1.3) Installed from: (testing/unstable) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.1 20030722 (Debian prerelease) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20 I tried to map screen like keybindings in konsole (e. g. Ctrl-A,C [Multikey] to new session). The new session is not created when I pressed Ctrl-A,C. But konsole opens the session by pressing Ctrl-Shift-A,C. Reproduce: - open kosole with one bash - Map Ctrl-A,C to New Session - Press Ctrl-A,C Behaviour: - The Ctrl-A,C is passed to the running bash Expected: - a new session Not expected: - Ctrl-Shift-A,C is opening a new session
Reproducible with CVS from 20030915
This is a duplicate report of #61667. Anyone know how to merge these bugs in bugzilla ? I only have experience with the Debian BTS.
new_session=Alt+Ctrl+N;Ctrl+A,C Pressing Ctrl+A starts a new session. This seems buggy to me... CVS/HEAD. Note now you get a popup saying not to use Ctrl+ as shortcuts...
Fixed in KDE 4.0
