Description Thomas Zander 2003-08-04 21:24:39 UTC
Version: (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

The 'add news source' dialog has a button 'suggests'.
When I press this button the whole GUI disables.
While this is unsetteling enough, I notice that the title bar has changed, so I wait.

After a minute or so I try to cancel the button only to find out that no button is enabled and pressing ESC closes the dialog. Throwing away my changes...

Please use a modal dialog that tells me what is going on, with a cancel button that allows me to cancel the 'suggest' action.

CVS commit by raabe:

- When suggesting values for a newsfeed's fields, use a modal dialog with a
timeout of 60 seconds, and tell what is going on.
