Description jens nordenbro 2003-07-27 21:28:12 UTC
Version: 0.8.3 (using KDE KDE 3.1.1)
Installed from: RedHat RPMs

I want to be able to set a global download manager to be used by konqueror, krusader, kbear etc.
This of course should default to kget with the possibility to replace kget; is that integration beeing worked on?
I tried to find settings to allow files downloaded by konqueror to be downloaded by kget but it didn'r seem to work....

It is possible to set KGet as the default download manager for Konqueror (at least in trunk (KDE 4)). KGet will ask you at the first startup; or you can set it in the configuration dialog.
