It would be really cool, to get Konsole always docking to the focused window, like there's a Noatun option to dock the control buttons to the current window.

So opening a Konsole once, it would always follow your focused window, docking with the same content to the bottom of its frame.

Maybe KPart gives a solution, maybe (for the beginning) a XMMS-like solution would also be cool (which would mean: the whole Konsole window is following)

There's no way to do that.  Each app could use the konsole_part (as does kate, konq, kdevelop).
