Version:           4.0 (using KDE 3.1.0)
Installed from:    Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker
Compiler:          gcc version 3.2.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.1 3.2.2-3mdk)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-0.13mdk

I was trying to save everything at http://developer.kde.org/build/build2ver.html with webarchiver but it doesn't saved the image in the upper left corner.
Why?

Saving a document with the first line:

works well. However the same document with the first lines exchanged to:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-15" ?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.1//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/DTD/xhtml11.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

does not save the images.

But HEAD you mean fon next KDE 3.3? Can't be backported for KDE 3.2.x too?

I just backported it, I think it will be part of KDE 3.2.1.
