I happen to be a poor student in the United States without any substantial income to fund my attendance at n7y (Nove Hrady). I would very much like to be able to go, but there seems to be this unfortunate lack of funding, which is seriously inhibiting my ability to attend.

Developers and users should flock to me and donate dollars, pounds, rupees, and any other forms of cash that might be useful to fund my attendance at n7y.

You won't achieve that by abusing the bug-tracking system. KDE e.V. is responsible for 
funding, please contact kde-ev-board@kde.org.

maybe component kde would have been a better idea...
anyways, i'm willing to put something forward if e.v.

So, it looks like I'm officially going anyway. And who says the KDE bug system 
doesn't work? :)
