Version:           4.0 (using KDE 3.1.9)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.2.2
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-gentoo-r2

My web bank is using a lot of javascript, amongst that links like 
 href="eblogonutility.htm#" onclick="JavaScript:BanFrame.EBLogonUtility_RegistrationHandler();"

When I click that, nothing happens.

As this URL isn't valid any longer I suggest closing this bug if no other test case can be provided.
