Version: 3.1.1 (using KDE 3.1.2) Installed from: compiled sources Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2 OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20 When working on .php files, I've noticed that it allows to open multiple instances of the same document, eg. index.php by clicking on it on the project tree. I think, this should never happen.
Subject: Re: New: Quanta allows to open multiple instances of the same document in PHP No matter how hard I have tried, I can't reproduce this bug. If I try to open an already opened file, Quanta switches to it, and does not open again. Does it happen for you for ALL PHP files, or for just one. Is it a real file, or it's a symlink? You may also try to update to 3.1.2, but I doubt it will change anything, as the check for openness is there since ages.
