Installed from:    SuSE
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3 20030226 (prerelease) (SuSE Linux)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-4GB-athlon

Selecting "Large cursor" and "White cursor" in Mouse/KDE Control Center 3.1.1 has no effect.  The cursor size does not change and the color remains black.

This is a severe problem for person with visual impairments.
