Description tim 2003-07-04 11:51:27 UTC
Version: unknown (using KDE 3.1.1)
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 3.3 20030226 (prerelease) (SuSE Linux)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-4GB

When you try to select justified text (table td align="justify") and a line contains 'stretched whitespace' the selection does not follow the mouse pointer anymore. It seems like the selection ignores the displayed width of the whitespace and uses the regular space to calculate the selection.

I'll attach a HTML file that can be used to repduce this bug. 'In the wild' this effect can be seen with stories on http://www.theregister.co.uk which justifies all story bodies.
