Description Amit Shah 2003-07-02 16:22:34 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.1)
Installed from: Debian stable Packages
OS: Linux

if a samba share becomes unavailable and the playlist contains some file from it, noatun stops responding completely for some time... even teh right-click short cut menu doesn't pop up on clicking the panel applet...

--- and this is true with kaboodle too... if the last file I played in kaboodle was off a
share which is currently not avl, it just stop there and becomes unresponsive for
some time...

We cannot fix bugs in Noatun caused by broken network protocols. This happens on all systems and with all applications I've ever used. SMB is extremely sucky and just completely hangs if the other side goes down unexpectedly.
