I installed some filters on incoming mail. One of them should forward the mail. This mail has normally an attachment, which IS the important part ( the rest is just telling : here is the agenda... ). The text is usually forwarded, BUT NOT the important part ( the attached agenda ). So the correspondent knows there IS something important, but DOES NOT KNOW WHAT...

When I forward MANUALLY the SAME mail, the attached file is WELL forwarded

If you are really using KMail 1.2 with KDE 3.1.1 then you installation is broken because KMail 
1.5.1 is part of KDE 3.1.1 and in this version this bug is definitely fixed.
