This is an old bug that was fixed, but looks like it may have popped up again.

Your browser failed to send us the proper authentication information to gain access to this portion of the site. 

 Parts of the VoyNetworks sites require information (The HTTP_REFERER header) to indicate which part of the site you are coming from, so you can be displayed the correct page. If you are reading this page, your browser failed to send that information.

Can you tell us how to reproduce this error? I know of another site requiring 
referrer and I've just tested: no errors. 
 
If you could try it as well, it's http://www.roeder.goe.net/~koepi/xvid.shtml. Try to 
download one of the files.

I managed to reproduce this error (CVS HEAD a month old), but the Referrer: line in the 
header is present. I suggest you contact the site's technical contact for more information that 
might help us fix this problem. I even believe it's in their side, but unless more information 
comes through, I'll leave this bug report open.
