Version:           CVS (using KDE KDE 3.1.2)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs
Compiler:          gcc 2.95.3 
OS:          Linux

I got KDESDK from CVS.
The umbrello/README file mentions a INSTALL file, but there is no INSTALL file.

Besides that I did the normal .configure && make && make install in KDESDK root and it worked for kompare, kbugbuster, cervisia and the other tools, but it give an error
in umbrello: No target rule to build all
