the description pretty much says everything. clicking the close button on the new style tabs crashes konqueror. im using qt 3.1.1., just in case that is the problem...

sorry for my ignorance, but what is wrong with the backtrace? how would i get a better one? 
do i have to compile it with --debug enabled or something? tia

  Yes when you run configure on kdelibs and kdebase, use --enable-debug=full
