Description Markus Karg 2003-05-29 18:40:46 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

Select icon on the desktop. Click right mouse button. Select menu item "Rename". Type in the name "TEST". Press ENTER. The old name appears. Click right mouse button. Select menu item "Rename". Type in the name "FOO". The name "TEST" appears. You can do this loop as long as you want.

Confirmed, redhat 7.3 running kde-3.1.2.

Workaround: Right click->Properties, rename it there, click OK.
