I wish to show an kalendar/list of dates with only choosen kategorie visible for a choosen time. E.G. to print an list of all Brithdays in the kalendar in the next year.

Isn't that possible already with the calendar filters ('Settings' > 'Show Filter' and 
'Settings' > 'Edit Filters...')?

Yes, but I want to print a list e.g. of all brithdays in the kalender. I can search for keywords and 
get an list, but I can't print or export it. The list is quite right but I want to print it.

The functionality to show (and thus also print) only events of a given category is available via filters, as datschge already explained. So, you wish is actually to have a "List" print style, where all events to be printed are printed out in list form rather than in week/month/timetable form.
