The default file types for vhdl in syntax highlighting are *.vhd and *.vdhl.  They should be *.vhd and *.vhdl.

I changed this, since it looks only reasonable. If you want the file before the next 
KDE release (3.2), grap it from cvs, easiest way is probably to use 
webcvs.kde.org
