Description F Reifenstahl 2003-05-05 14:05:17 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.1a)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

I manage some mailing lists with kmail. I would appreciate a feature to quickly find postings of interest, maybe someting like bookmarks (it's dreary searching well visitied mailing lists for replies to one's own postings)

What about marking those messages as important and then sorting by
message status?
Bookmarks are a duplicate wish. So unless you can give a more detailed
description of what you want and which can't be done with the already
present features resp. with bookmarks, please close this wish.

I had been there, but didn't and don't know how to do, because there is no
status column to click on it. I searched all menues and config windows, but
didn't become more shrewd.

Why duplicate? Is there a bookmark feature within kmail? Or maybe my english
is to weak to understand. All I want is a quick way to look at a particular
message.

Kind regards
Frank

Simply click several times on the Subject (== Betreff) header. Sorting
will cycle through "Subject ^", "Subject v", "Subject (Status) ^" and
"Subject (Status) v".

There is already another bug report which requests bookmarks. This means
your bug report is a duplicate of this other bug report.
