Building koffice1.3b1 (=1.2.90) fails in kexi.
I'll file the build log as log.tar.bz2.

I filed this bug report after upgrading to autoconf2.57 but before bug 57633 was closed. 
The closing comments in bug 57663 leaves the possibility that this current bug may be a 
derivative of the same basic (but as yet unresolved) problem e.g. that autoconf is not 
supposed to run at all. Maybe using a more recent Linux distro will fix both problems.

i asked several people but nobady seems to be able to reproduce this 
bug... i'll close it (maybe it is a gcc 2.96 problem)
