"send again" - the BCC address is not copied  - IMHO this is a bug and not a feature requests, because the user assumes that the complete message is sent to the same addressees.

Thanks for the bug report! The bug has been fixed. The fix will be in 
KMail 1.5.2.

This has regressed in the KMail distributed with KDE 3.5.9 and still affects KMail 0.10.1 in KDE 4.1.1. (See https://launchpad.net/bugs/222144)

Please reopen this bug.
