Description Jay 2003-04-24 13:09:48 UTC
Version: 3.1.1 (using KDE 3.1.1)
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-gentoo-r2

If an mp3 file has an id3 tag, I can edit it, but when there is one, there is no way to add one.

This appears to be working fine for me. Can you duplicate (say by attaching one of the KDE sounds as an MP3 without a tag)?
Comment 3 Allan Sandfeld 2004-03-29 20:44:41 UTC
This work when kfile is compiled with TagLib but not when it is compiled with id3lib. Not sure if we can close it without obsoleting id3lib.

CVS commit by wheeler:

Making kfile-mp3 depend on TagLib (as mentioned on kde-multimedia).
