Description Andrew Berry 2003-04-20 20:19:43 UTC
Version: 0.6.1a (using KDE 3.1.0)
Installed from: Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.1 3.2.2-3mdk)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-0.13mdk

When someone sends me a message, ~75% of the time the first message is blank/lost. A chat window opens up from the person who sent the message, and that's it. I've only seen this happen with the MSN plugin, but I don't use other services enough to know if it's the connection plugin or Kopete itself.

Thanks,
--Andrew Berry

The usefullness of this feature is up for debate, I personally think its retarded.

But Ricardo is right, this is a feature and in 0.6x it was enabled by default in
the MSN plugin for some weird reason. You can go into the prefs for MSN to
turn it off.
