Excuse me, please -stop- closing bugs that are still valid.  The bug was reported against 3.1.1.  
You cannot close the bug against 3.1.1 simply because it's fixed in another version.  That other 
version will not become 3.1.2!!

it's definitly fixed for 3.1.2
