Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1) Installed from: Compiled From Sources Compiler: gcc 2.95.3 OS: Linux Sometimes when displaying news articles knode gets the highlighting of email addresses in the text wrong. I have a screenshot of such a case that I'll be attaching to this bugreport. In the screenshot you'll see the text 'AssignedTo|kwin@kde.org' with everything highlighted except the last 'g'. Also, the text '|bastian@kde.org' is highlighted with the exception of the last 'g'. Clearly the last letter should be included, and the '|' should not be highlighted (as far as I know that's not a valid character in a email addr). If I click the highlighted text and choose to treat it as an email address for a new message, then exactely what is highlighted gets used as the address of that new message. So this is not just a visual issue. A similar issue is reported as Bug #50936 Regards, Jesper Juhl
