Hi,

If you have several overlapping text and image frames in kword, the ordering formation is not always saved correctly. I had imported an image, and I wanted to label parts of that image with text. The text frame came up behind the image, so I selected "bring to front" It came to the front correctly, and printed correctly, but when I saved and reopened the file, it was in the wrong order again.

Thanks for working on KWord!

James

Here is the simplest way to reproduce this:

Create a text frame, and type in some text.
Create another text frame, and give it some text.
Move the frames so they overlap. Bring the one in back to the front.
Save the file.
Restart kword.
load the file.
the order is wrong...
