Description Andy Neitzke 2003-03-24 08:24:35 UTC
Version: 3.1 (using KDE 3.1.0)
Installed from: Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.1 3.2.2-3mdk)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.19-16mdk

Whenever I print the contact list (using either "Detailed Style" or "Mike's Printing Style") the contacts always appear in the order in which they appear in the .vcf file, which seems to be roughly the order in which I entered them into KAddressBook. I cannot see any option to modify this sort order. Shouldn't there be one? If there is one already, I think it would be nice if it were easier to find.

Hi Andy,

in cvs head you can already change the sorting order. It's implemented as
an additional side of the printing wizard.

Ciao,

The development of the old KAddressBook will be discontinued for KDE 4.4.
Since the new application has the same name, but a completly new code base we close all bug reports against the old version and ask the submitters to resend there reports against the new product.
