Description Wolfgang Scheicher 2003-03-16 13:19:30 UTC
Version: 1.2.1 (using KDE 3.1.1)
Installed from: compiled sources
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-ck4

screen handles scrollback itself, but uses the same keys as konsole
konsole itself seems to recognize that in that mode scrolling is not possible and deactivates the scrollbar, but the keys still seem to be captured and not passed.

i would like that the keys are passed in that case, so the apps can use the keys themself.

Not that I fully understand the issue here, or if this is to be considered a bug or not. It
would, however, be very nice to be able to scroll the buffer, even if I happen to run a
screen session. :)

Which keys does this specifically refer to?

You can use Ctrl+U , Ctrl+D and the common Vi movements to scroll around in a screen session.

Since there has not been a response, I will close for now. Please reopen if there is still a problem.
