Select options in the targets context menu. Select the libraries tab. Here you can enter the Link libraries outside project. I have two entries in this table. When selecting the 'Move down' button the applications crashes. This happes when an item in that list is selected or not.
I don't see this bug, try cvs update and see if it presists
