Version: 3.0.0-10 (using KDE KDE 3.1KDE 3.0.3) Installed from: Unspecified LinuxUnspecified Linux Additional compiler options are not stored in the project file. If I e.g. specify the EXEEXT option under ProjectOptions/MakeOptions/AdditionalOptions then this will be picked up and works fine. Then I close this project and open another project. Then I look at the project options again and still the EXEEXT option from the other project is set. Recipe: Create 2 new C++ projects. Close KDevelop and restart. Open project 1. Set compiler options to: EXEEXT=.so Close KDevelop and restart. Open project 2. Have a look at the compiler options.
You must have been running a 2.1.x version. Kdevelop 3.0 stores the settings correctly. Please update.

There isn't even a stable 3.0 release yet, so you make users step from one misery into the next.
