Version:           0.4 (using KDE 3.1.0)
Installed from:    compiled sources
Compiler:          gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.20

Please see this screen shot in order to understand what i mean:

If i press KeyUp and KeyDown in order to move around in the list of file names, the dialog skipps the file "locked_punkbuster..." for some reason. It just jumps down to "man-black.xpm" totally ignoring the file between ("locked_punkbuster...").

PS: I know this aint really a KDE Menu editor issue, i used the link in the help menu of the KDE Menu editor.

This is a known bug in Qt (QIconView).
