Compiler:          g++-3.2 
OS:          Linux

I created a subproject under a newly created project.

I didn't populate it with targets, therefore the build failed.

So I removed it from automake manager, but the following misbehavior was observed:

1) The dialog has only an "OK" box, not much of a choice, right? :) Either there shouldn't be a dialog, or the dialog must have cancel which looks like the better design
2) Makefile.am is not changed, view not changed
3) Directory is not removed (and it doesn't ask if it should be removed)
