I have just downloaded Shockwave Flash 6.0 r69. It works fine with Mozilla 1.3. It doesn't work properly with Konqueror.

The problem seems to be with input. Keyboard input didn't work on one site I tried. Press 'J' in a Shockwave input box caused the screen to scroll.

Mouse clicking doesn't work either. Have a look at www.travelbag.co.uk
At the top of the screen are some scrolling flight offers. When you move the cursor over the destination name, it does change, but clicking it doesn't work. Nothing happens.
