This concerns only plug-in Young Hickory, which though is by default loaded with noatun.
Announce tracks with tooltip instead of a popupwindow on top of kicker, or even better, provide an option to do so. 

This is really meaningless wish, though still I find that tooltip better looking and or "more usable" as it doesn't cover much of taskbar.

I think this is impossible because a normal tooltip only shows up if the mouse 
is above the widget. Also the currently used KPassivePopup class is exactly 
for this case, announcing something without interrupting the user.
