Sorry about that. I tried to generate some other "bad" input files but could not make it crash. The file that crashed it had some fields empty in some rows and perhaps some quotes missing. I have such a file. I have just dumped it out of Outlook 2000 and it crashes KAddressbook with out fail. Steps to reproduce: 1. Load the .csv file 2. Apply the Outlook 2000 template 3. The development of the old KAddressBook will be discontinued for KDE 4.4. Since the new application has the same name, but a completly new code base we close all bug reports against the old version and ask the submitters to resend there reports against the new product.
