Description Sean Chittenden 2003-01-30 01:05:45 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1)
Installed from: FreeBSD Ports
Compiler: gcc 3.2?
OS: FreeBSD

In konsole, to open a new session, the default key stroke is ctrl+alt+n. In konqueror, to open a new tab, the default key stroke is ctrl+shift+n. This is pretty inconsistent UI and should likely be changed. Given that tabs were just introduced to konqueror, I'd think it would be easier to change konqueror's behavior than konsole's. Correcting this behavior before it becomes too heavily entrenched in users behaviors' would make the change easier to have happen now rather than later.
