Description Alain Knaff 2003-01-27 21:00:11 UTC
Version: 1.1.3 (using KDE 3.0.5)
Compiler: gcc version 3.2
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.19-4GB

In order to select huge amounts of text in xterm, you can click the left button to mark the begin of the section to be selected, then the right to mark its end. That way you can click the beginning, then use the mouve to move the scrollbar to where you want, and then mark the end of the selection. In konsole, this is no longer possible, nor does there seem to be an obvious replacement for this functionality.

I know, bumping the mouse to the bottom of the konsole will scroll, but it's damn *slow*. Using the wheel while holding down the left button works too, but if you have thousands of lines to select, that's damn slow as well.
